Objective

ETV Bharat - A leading comprehensive Digital National News platform conceived to deliver seamless news and information services (in 13 languages), using video-centric Mobile App & Web Portals.

Though the analytics implementation was in place, it lacked delivering required data insights to the client’s digital team and other stakeholders.

The client wanted to conduct a complete Audit of the existing analytics implementation; identify gaps and opportunities; design a digital analytics roadmap & strategy.

Solution

A detailed audit of existing Google Analytics set-up and implementation
Helped client’s digital team with their tool evaluation process and as well as helped identify the right GA360 Reseller.
Discovery session with key stakeholders to perform PI Rationalization, create a Measurement Strategy and design a short-term and long-term Digital Analytics roadmap.
