Objective
To migrate their Google Analytics tags to Adobe Analytics through Adobe Launch without impacting the current business reporting
To identify gaps and recommendations for better data insights
There are some pages which have a both GA and Adobe analytics implementation which was causing undesired concerns and ambiguity among business and marketing teams
Solution
- Studied GA tags implementation and reporting to trace the existing KPIs and Business Reporting
- Created Measurement Strategy and reviewed and re-visited current DataLayer
- Conducted Maturity Assessment to rationalize KPIs, identify gaps/opportunities to accommodate as part of the migration
- Proposed and implemented AEM and Adobe Launch Integration to manage Adobe Tags and other 3rd party pixel tags seamlessly
- Migrated tags to desired Analytics platform and TMS
