The client’s website/m-site pages were on a legacy version of angularJS with client-side rendering and the existing framework was not technically optimal for SEO thus Google bots not encountering the actual content and elements of the pages in the source code.

Though Prerender.io was implemented to make the site more SEO friendly and enhance Google bot crawling and indexing, there were no considerable results realized by the client. There are over 100K article pages which was incurring a prerender license (retainer) cost to client for caching, indexing and rendering.

Non-responsive website, Low page performance, Low volume of organic traffic, Page ranking, and Non-AMP are also other concerning factors to the client.
Solution
Client has deployed ViuStats to immediately address the technical SEO issues while working closely with their current IT vendor and Prerender.io team.
After an extensive and deep-dive analysis, ViuStats has designed a strategy comprising a short-term and long-term solution to work on the immediate concerns while working on a long-term, sustainable and robust solution.
