Tappit wants to collect and understand consumer behavior across clients/partners who have integrated Tappit’s White label Mobile Digital Wallet solution. The objective is to:

Have a single view of the consumer analytics data enabling Tappit to effectively understand the consumer behavior.

Build a digital dashboard that enables their key stakeholders from Business, Marketing and Sales teams to derive actionable insights.

The data insights should allow Tappit leadership to slice and dice the user behavior and conversions at an individual clients & partners level and at an event level.

Proposed Solution
ViuStats has outlined a detailed analytics solution approach and process to enable data capture from client’s WebSDK and MobileSDK solution. Although the platforms are different, the analytics solution was designed to provide not only platform specific insights but also a single view of the customer journey and behavior from both the SaaS platforms.
ViuStats had designed a GA4 Measurement Protocol to address the WebSDK platform and Firebase Analytics solution for their both Android and iOS Mobile SDK solutions.
The custom dimensions and metrics were configured in such a way that they were proposed as Global variables to capture the same information from various SDK platforms to allow a holistic view of customer data.
Designed a comprehensive and well-detailed dashboards using Google DataStudio (now Looker).
